Terms of use & privacy
Effective August 5, 2026
This page explains how this website treats you and what you agree to by using it. This website is operated by Ammentic Enterprises LLC. We wrote this page to be read. If anything here is unclear, email us and we will answer plainly.
Terms of use
1. Using this website
You are welcome to read and share this website, and to quote briefly from it with attribution. The content, design, and structure of the site belong to Ammentic Enterprises LLC and are protected by copyright. Automated scraping of this website, and the use of its content to train or inform artificial intelligence systems, is not permitted without our written consent.
2. Our names and marks
Ammentic, The Read, The Pressure Test, The Action Brief, and The Ammentic Collective are proprietary to Ammentic Enterprises LLC and may not be used without our written consent.
3. Client examples
The Casebook and other client examples on this site are anonymized, and details are altered or illustrative where noted. They exist to show how the work thinks, not to identify anyone.
4. What this website is not
Nothing on this website is legal, financial, accounting, or investment advice, and nothing here guarantees an outcome. Every decision described on this site belonged to the person who made it. Yours will belong to you.
5. The website and the work are separate
This website and an Ammentic engagement are governed separately. If we work together, the engagement runs under its own signed agreement, and that agreement, not this page, governs the work and everything about it, including confidentiality.
6. No warranties, limited liability
The website is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Ammentic Enterprises LLC is not liable for damages arising from your use of this site or your reliance on its content.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute connected to this website will be resolved in the state or federal courts serving Fort Bend County, Texas.
8. Changes to this page
We may update this page as the website evolves. The effective date at the top always tells you when it last changed. Material changes will be visible here, not buried.
Privacy
1. What we collect
Almost nothing, by design. This website has no user accounts, no forms that feed a database, no comment sections, and no advertising. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use tracking cookies. Confidentiality is the center of our work, and this website is built to match it.
2. When you email us
Every contact point on this site opens an email in your own mail client. When you write to us, your message and address arrive in our inbox and stay there. We use them to reply and for nothing else. One caution worth stating plainly: email is not a protected channel, and nothing you send us is covered by a confidentiality agreement until one is signed. Until then, send broad strokes. The full story can wait for the NDA.
3. The decision diagnostic
The diagnostic on this site runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not transmitted to us or to anyone else, and they disappear when you close the page. If you choose to have your results emailed to you, we use your address to send that one message. It is not added to any list and not shared with anyone.
4. Measurement
We measure how the website is used through aggregate, cookieless analytics: page views and visit counts, with no cookies and no profiles of individual visitors. That is why you do not see a cookie banner here. There is nothing to consent to.
5. Server logs
Like nearly every website, our hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses and browser types. They exist for security and reliability. We do not use them to identify or profile visitors.
6. Your information, your call
Write to us at any time to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted. For most visitors, the honest answer is nothing beyond any email you have sent us, and deleting that is done on request.
7. Visitors outside the United States
This website is operated from the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, the little described above is all that happens with your information, wherever you are.
8. Children
This website is written for business leaders. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. Questions
Please send any questions about any of this to ammara@ammentic.com
